The Clarkston Coalition for Youth has been involved with the 5th grade transition night for parents for many year. Each and every year the programs evolves and changes however our messege stay the same. In order for us to grow we must gain the knowledge. In past years with SMS Leadership students we helped to prepare the 5th graders with the tools and checkpoints they need to make their journey through Sashabaw Middle School a successful one.
