The Clarkston Coalition for Youth is proud to partner with the Independence Township Sheriff's Office to bring the Clarkston community Operation Medicine Cabinet.
Operation Medicine Cabniet is a safe place to drop off your expired or unused prescriptions. By disposing of medication properly you will be assisting in keeping our water supply clean and preventing the accidental ingestion or intentional abuse of prescription drugs.
Anyone wishing to dispose of unused prescription medications (no liquids, inhalers or needles) may bring them to the:

Drug Take Back Day 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
The Clarkston Coalition for Youth hosts a Spring and Fall Drug Take Back Day event in collaboration with the National Drug Take Back Day campaign.
Our Spring event will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at the Independence Township Substation on Citation Drive (see above address).
Our Fall event will be held Wednesday, Sept 23, 2020 at the Independence Township Substation on Citation Drive (see above address).
Please bring your unused/expired prescription meds in for proper disposal by following the guidelines below:
* Bring drugs in Ziplock Baggies
*Only Precription drugs will be collected
*Liquids must be sealed
*Prescription ointments and creams must be sealed
*You will be required to sign a log sheer
*Needles will NOT be accepted
